We ship via UPS ground for most orders.
We invite you to receive free ground shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
*Applicable for all orders being shipped within the continental United States.
The $50.00 qualification is based on your order subtotal, after discounts and before any tax (Georgia residents only) is added.
Orders less than $50 will be charged a flat of $6.99 for UPS ground delivery
We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours from receipt of them. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery times will vary depending upon the distance traveled and time of year.
Most orders should reach their destination between 4 - 10 days of being shipped.
All charges are calculated at check out. Postage/shipping costs will be automatically added to your order and are visible at checkout.
Before placing your order simply click on the Apply button next to shipping options at checkout and you can view the cost of shipping prior to submitting your order.
Please contact us, as we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote and can arrange to have your order expedited.
LUBA orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We require a physical address for shipment.
At this time we do not ship international.
If you are not completely satisfied with an Luba product purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund minus our shipping charge within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice along with the return.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured United States Postal Service. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Damages & Shortages
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents.
